Use

Oud synth 184007 (Fir) is a well-known oud base from Firmenich. The scent is that of agarwood: woody, sweet, spicy, and ambery. We have several oud bases, which are similar but also different: trying them out and evaluating them thoroughly is the best way to learn the differences. The advantage of this oud base is its relatively low price. Oud blends well with many amber and floral scents, but as always, a creative perfumer can create other combinations. You usually use between 0,1% and 5% of this substance in the fragrance composition. It adds warmth and a sweet spiciness to the scent. In perfumes, it's primarily a base note.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place, and out of reach of children.

The 5 g container is made of brown glass with a black cap. The larger containers are made of aluminium with a black cap. They are always sealed with standard caps; for dispensing small amounts, we recommend using plastic pipettes.

Sustainability

This fragrance is partly made from renewable resources, but is also made largely from petrochemicals such as petroleum. Its environmental biodegradability is poor.
