Note!

Before purchasing, read all the information below and the general product information.
Not intended for use in food, vape liquids, or other internal use.
Intended for mixing with other fragrances: on its own, the scent can be dull or even unpleasant.
Do not use undiluted on the skin: it is a raw material, not a finished product.

Use

Essential oil Lavender fine has a green, herbal, floral scent that is not overly strong and therefore does not need to be diluted before mixing. It blends well with other green and herbal fragrances, as well as floral scents. It adds a touch of natural freshness. You usually use between 0,1% and 30% of this substance in the fragrance composition. It is primarily a top note in perfumes and is stable in most products, including soap.

Store in a cool, dry, and dark place.

Properties

Lavender fine essential oil is a pale yellow to yellow liquid at room temperature. The substance has a relatively long shelf life. The oil is made by steam distillation from the stems and flowers of Lavandula angustifolia Mill.

Essential oil Lavender fine is a special quality of lavender oil characterized by a more floral scent than other types of lavender oil. Many perfumers consider this quality the best, but of course, the final choice always depends on the desired effect. We purchase this oil directly from a southern French farmers' cooperative that both grows the plants and distills the oil.

Like any essential oil, this one is a mixture of various substances. An indication of the composition is as follows:
> 25% - Linalool, Linalyl Acetate
5-10% - Beta Caryophyllene
2-5% - 1-Octen-3-yl Acetate
1-2% - Geranyl Acetate, Alpha Terpineol

For all raw materials, but especially the more natural ones, the scent, colour, and other properties can vary within a certain range from batch to batch and over time.

Sustainability

This fragrance is made from renewable resources. Producing an essential oil requires energy. Its biodegradability in the environment is poor. We purchase this oil from a farmers' cooperative in France.

Packaging

The 10 and 50 ml containers are made of brown glass with a black plastic (PP) child-resistant cap. The 250 g container is made of aluminium with a white plastic (PP) cap. This latter container does not have a child-resistant cap and is therefore not available for retail sale.

The container must always be closed with standard caps; for dispensing small quantities, we recommend using plastic pipettes.
