Use
Farenal (Sym) has a fresh scent that is reminiscent of water, sea, aldehyde and ozone. The scent is quite strong, so making a dilution of, for example, 10% can be useful. Typical use is in fresh floral accords and in marine scents. You usually use between a trace and 1% of this substance in the fragrance composition. It combines well with green and fresh scents, but can also be used with fruit and wood. It adds a fresh aspect to the scent. In perfumes it mainly works as a heart note, although it can remain noticeable deep into the base. It is surprisingly stable in most products, including soap.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place and out of reach of children.
