Use
Cetalor (IFF) has a warm amber fragrance. The scent is quite strong and it is a solid, so a dilution of, for example, 10% is recommended. This can be done in DPG, IPM or strong alcohol. Typical use is in amber accords. You usually use a trace of up to 5% of this substance in the fragrance composition. It combines well with other ambers, wood, but also with iris, for example. It adds warmth and depth to many compositions, even in low doses. It is mainly a base note in perfumes and is stable in most products, including soap.
Store in a cool, dry, dark place and out of the reach of children.
Properties
Cetalor (IFF) is a white to light yellow powder at room temperature. The purity is at least 96%, the substance has a fairly long shelf life. The substance occurs in nature, but the synthetic version is used for use as a fragrance. The manufacturer is the American IFF.

Packaging

Sustainability
This fragrance is quite easily degradable, but not completely harmless to the environment. On the other hand, this substance does not irritate, is not allergenic and has a great effect even in small quantities.
